Can I see the engraving before production?
Yes. Supported products show an on-page preview. Orders that require artwork placement or bulk name lists receive a proof for approval before production.
Can I change personalized text after ordering?
Contact us immediately. Changes are possible only before the proof is approved or production starts. Personalized pieces cannot usually be edited once engraved.
Do you accept company and event orders?
Yes. Corporate orders use a guided quotation so quantity, artwork, packaging, sorting, and delivery timing can be confirmed together.
Can I order a paid sample first?
Yes. Choose a sample package on the corporate page or tell us which item you want to test in the bulk order form.
How long does production take?
The confirmed lead time depends on product, quantity, proof approval, and packaging. The final schedule is shown before payment or included in your quotation.
